Akshay Kumar‘s new movie Cuttputli trailer is out on Youtube. Akshay Kumar and Rakulpreet Singh seem to be the lead characters in the movie. Cuttputli is an official remake of the south film Ratsasan. There is a lot of buzz on the internet after the trailer release. People are still questioning whether there is a need for Adaptation.

Akshay Kumar has already worked on many cop avatars and previous ones under Rohit Shetty’s movie Sooryavanshi. But Cuttputli’s movie is different from movies where we have seen Akshay Kumar as a cop this is more of a Mind game to catch a serial killer rather than fighting with criminals with lots of actions.

Movie theatres all are India seems to be vacant and empty during the recently released movies like Laal Singh Chaddha and Dobaaraa featuring big stars. While the exact time movie like Darlings stars Alia Bhatt and Sherdil: The Philbit Saga stars Pankaj Tripathy released on OTT or digital platforms is winning the hearts of audiences. These figures are convincing all the film makers to move gradually towards the digital platforms.

Akshay Kumar’s previous movie Raksha Badhan fails to impress the audience and was not able to make a good figure in Box Office Collection. The total collection of Raksha Bandhan movie is 42.06 crore. Akshay Kumar is back with his classic cop character in the Cuttputli movie. The movie is directed by Ranjit M Tiwari and will be streamed on 2nd September 2022 on Disney plus Hotstar.

Cuttputli’s movie trailer seems too intense and intriguing to catch a psychopath killer who kills innocent people and leaves them in public places. Akshay Kumar seems to be an extraordinary cop with the skills to catch the killer using mind games. The background music in the trailer seems to be a mixture of horror and suspense.

In the meantime, many Bollywood filmmakers are focusing on remakes and adaptations of different movies. The question still arises from the audience is there a need for adaptation, biopics, and remakes of movies? Cuttputli is an official adaptation of the South movie Ratsasan. According to recent observations, very few remakes are worked like Karbit Singh and movies Like Laal Singh Chaddha and Hit are not able to make an impact.
