Sanjay Bhansali’s new movie Gangubai Kathiawadi starring Alia Bhatt is released on 25th February 2022 in theatres. The film is based on the real-life story of Gangubai Harjivandas, also known as Gangubai Kothewali. The movie illustrates the struggle of a small girl who is Gangubai who is looking for better life opportunities.

A young, enthusiast Ganga reaches Bombay with her boyfriend to pursue her dreams to become a famous heroine in bollywood. The movie witnessed the rise of Ganga to Gangubai in Kamathipura. Ganga fought for all the women in Kamathipura and more can be witnessed.

When you watch the trailer of Gangubai Kathiawadi, it has lots of intense and cutthroat scenes which can be much more difficult to handle for Alia Bhatt.
