Goodbye Movie Review
Amitabh Bachchan as Harish, Neena Gupta as Gaytri, and all their children set the screen for a complete family entertainer. When Harish lose his wife Gayatri all his children came back to India, Tara(Rashmika Mandanna) their daughter who does not believe in rituals, Karan who is always busy with board meetings and office pieces stuff, Harish adopted son Angad and Nakul still reach home. In all this chaos, Harish founds no one to share his pain of losing his wife.
The movie has a lot of emotional stuff as well as comedy punches which also portray important messages. The important lesson to be learned from the movie is your parents, family members are all above your job, belief, and everything. The rituals we follow have deep meanings and messages. The character of Sunil Grover as Pandit is so adorable and interesting. The flashback scenes of the movie showcase the love of Harish and Gayatri feels a bit interesting with the music.
Although the movie also has a few negatives which are definitely not affecting the movie. Most of the time the dark humor and comedy feel borrowed or forced. There are many loop holes or the characters are not justified for example Tara boyfriend Mudassar and adopted child Delna. In film Tara seems to be very angry and rude with his father Harish but the reason behind that is unanswered.
