About this destination
The Croatian Adriatic coast stretches over a thousand islands, islets and reefs along the Dalmatian shore. Dubrovnik’s walls, Split’s Diocletian’s Palace and Hvar’s lavender fields each offer a distinct character.
Crystal-clear Adriatic waters make for excellent swimming, and island-hopping by ferry or catamaran is one of the region’s great pleasures. The interior, with its hilltop villages and wine regions, remains blissfully untouched by mass tourism.
